This individual will be your single point of contact and be responsible for facilitating the welfare and career development of the Door Supervisors and being ultimately responsible for service delivery and continuous improvement. Management visits are a key factor in the overall service delivery to our customers. Onsite Security Survey Prior to submitting formal quotations for new assignments, SANDS will undertake a comprehensive Location Survey. The objective of this survey is to identify all security matters, related to the operation of a Door Supervisor team together with a Health and Safety Risk Assessment covering the working environment of the SANDS staff.
